How To Request Deletion Of Your Data

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), you may withdraw your consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data, and ask us to delete it. This includes data you gave us through this website, by telephone, SMS, email or WhatsApp.

• Your full name.
• The mobile number and/or email address you used with us.
• What you want deleted (for example, all your data, or only your WhatsApp messages).

What Happens Next

• We may contact you to verify your identity before acting on the request.
• We will tell you the likely consequences of withdrawing consent (for example, we may no longer be able to provide quotations or service your policy).
• We will delete your personal data, or stop using it, as soon as reasonably possible and confirm to you when done.
• We may keep some data where we are required to do so by law or for legal or business purposes (for example, records of policies and claims). We will tell you if this applies.
